The Personnica Skills Profiler is an online tool for job and person skills profiling. The tool provides a methodology for the detailed analysis of job skill demands, mapped against person capabilities to identify skill gaps and training and development needs.

The Skills Profiler can be fully integrated with other Personnica HR solutions, such as Change Master and 360° feedback, to facilitate the exchange of key personnel and job data.
