consultant in organisational change and management development for over 20
years, Tim has advised many major UK-based and multi-national companies.
Formerly Associate Professor of Management Development at Cranfield University,
he combines strong strategic thinking with a deep insight into the human
processes that contribute to a healthy organisation.
He was Change Director at Tibbett & Britten, a logistics multinational, and
has international consulting experience in over 40 countries. Tim has provided
consultancy to organisations such as Arriva, Avis, B&Q, Birse Group,
CitiGroup, J Sainsbury, Marks & Spencer, Somerfield, The Co-operative
Group, Tesco, The Housing Corporation and Unilever (Corporate, Regions and
Companies world-wide).

 As a University Lecturer
in IT and Computing and with a Post Graduate in Mathematics, David is an
experienced IT Consultant as well as experience and qualifications in Human
Resources. This has been combined to provide bespoke software for organisations
such as B&Q, Birse Group, Marks & Spencer, FPD Savills, Somerfield and
Unilever. As a qualified teacher and Management Training Lecturer, David also
manages a training consultancy using many years experience in the public
sector.
He was previously with the Inland Revenue and Home Office with considerable
experience in finance, criminal law and training. David has provided
consultancy in recent years to organisations such as B&Q, Birse Group,
Marks & Spencer, Savills, Somerfield and The Housing Corporation. He has
designed and delivered training course material within the Public and Private
Sectors.
