Our consulting team is led by Dr Jim Cannon, Associate Director of 360 Partnership.

With a career spanning some 25 years, Jim offers great insight into how our systems and solutions can best be implemented. He leads a team of highly experienced associate consultants, all with deep expertise in HR systems and processes.

As a specialist in organisational development, he has worked for some of the largest and best-known companies in the world, as well as being a fully qualified and experienced coach to individual executives.

Jim runs an extensive series of training programmes for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), which have been attended by some 3500 people in the last 8 years.

As well as gaining a Degree in Behavioural Science, a Masters Degree in Manpower Studies and a Doctorate in Organisational Psychology, his full career has included such household names as Charterhouse, Black and Decker and Thorn EMI, all at director level. He is also a renowned author in his field.
